PARK
Action proposal for the rehabilitation of urban spaces within the city of Toronto, Canada. The propoal consists of an elevated park that covers the currently innaccesible corner of Corktown Borough, in which inconvinient train tracks and the Gardiner Expressway block the untapped potential of the area.

For the much needed expansion of the Civil Engineering building of the Technical University of Madrid (UPM). A triangular patterned steel roofing solution is designed, in addition to a redistribution of internal spaces within the affected area. Digital tools employed: Rhinceros, Grasshopper, SAP 2000.

Cyclist Footbridge
Proposed Solution for a footbridge that aims to close the cyclist route around the city of Vitoria - Gasteiz, in the Basque Country, Spain. The structure spans over a train track whose vertical gauges must be met. At the north end a park is created, as safepoint for cyclists to maje a pit stop in their route around the city.

Research project in which satellite towns of Madrid are analysed.
Local needs are pinpointed, and a FODA analysis is performed for the concerning area.

Objectives are set, and possible courses of action are brainstormed and categorized in strategic plans.

Finally a CBA analysis is carried out and a solution is proposed.
